Palm Beach Seafood Restaurant

It was a day after the mid-autumn festival that I visited Palm Beach for a seafood dinner before I leave for UK. Such nice weather beneath the graceful full moon shining upon us its pale moonlight...




Amongst the dishes we ordered is the Golden Crab coated with salted egg yolk. I've tried salted egg yolk with prawns but with Sri Lanka crab this is a first. The shell of the crab is evenly coated then fried with a generous amount of egg yolk and let me forewarn that this is the absolute cholesterol-bursting dish that the health conscious will do anything to avoid so order at your own risk.
