In UK, the way to determine whether a chinese restaurant is good or not depends on the percentage of Chinese patrons in that particular restaurant...when we were there for the dinner there was a good size crowd of both the Japanese and the locals which perhaps somehow marks its authenticity?
We ordered their signature ramen, teriyaki squid and potato croquette.
Ramen was above average and I particularly like the egg we added with hard boiled egg white and slightly runny yolk.
The squid on the other hand was totally like rubber making my jaws work harder than it should.
